MJRX EMD GP30 711 was sent to WSOR to fill in while the other two 4075s (rebuilt SD40s) were still being prepared for WSOR. However, 711 developed some mechanical problems, and is supposed to be returned to Kansas City. Mark W. Hintz photo, 12/19/07, Janesville WI
