Cash for Clunkers

This Cash for Clunkers display, at Lynch Chevrolet/Buick/etc., is a regular sight on my drive to work.  Then again, I'm not sure how "regular" it really is!  The federal program, designed to get more fuel-efficient cars on the road while also stimulating the struggling automotive industry, ran out of money within a week in its first incarnation.  Mark W.
