One of SOO's "kitbashed" covered hoppers, number 100178. The entire class of cars was rebuilt into two-bay cars from three-bay PS2CD-4427 cars. Some of the cars weren't welded as good as others, and ended up pulling apart! Mark W. Hintz photo, 08/16/06, North Duplainville (Pewaukee) WI
