This interesting building was found adjacent to the CN (former IC/CC/ICG/IC) tracks. A sign near the building (see next photo) indicated that it was most recently Chicago Central's intermodal facility, though a sign on the fence seemed to indicate that it was used as an Amtrak station at one time.
