In the Middle of the Beanfield

I roughly followed the Illinois Railnet south out of Rockford, though I found almost nothing until I got almost to the end of the line (Flagg Center).  About a mile north of Flagg Center, I spotted this locomotive, Camas Prairie Railnet (CSP) GE B23-7 3, parked on the track, seemingly in the middle of the soybean fields.  Mark W.
