Brakewheel on UP 1995

UP EMD SD70ACe 1995 carries a dark green brakewheel on its long hood.  Also of note is the "Painted by WSHR" lettering below the brakewheel, noting that the unit had been painted by Wisconsin & Southern's ever-busy Horicon paint shop.  Mark W.
