Midwest Generation Switcher

On to Waukegan, Illinois.  Right off the north end of the Amstutz Expressway (IL-137) is Midwest Generation's Waukegan power plant.  This EMD switcher, displaying "Waukegan Sta 16" on the cab side, was shoving a long string of CWEX coal cars.  Mark W. Hintz photo, 06/12/04, Waukegan IL
