CP 4407

CP Rail EMD GP38-2 4407 (ex-SOO 4407, exx-SOO 797) endures a rainy January afternoon just south of WIS-11 in Sturtevant.  4407 wears a somewhat rare paint scheme that Canadian Pacific applied to locomotives after their "Dual Flags" scheme, and before the "Canadian Pacific" lettering and Golden Beaver logo.  Mark W.
