WSOR EMD SD40-2 4053 maneuvers around the area of the former MILW-CNW crossing.  The CNW (now UP, though never actually used by UP) line to Sheboygan is poking out of the snow in the lower right of the photo; WSOR is working to acquire and rebuild this line for access to Sheboygan.  Mark W.
