Horns by the UW Heat Plant

Further exploration into Madison brought us near the UW heat plant, where we detected horns blowing.  Rolling down the window revealed that it wasn't a train horn, and further inspection revealed that it was the horn section of a drum corps practicing for DCI competition!  Mark W.
