Waterford Avenue Median Barrier

A new addition to my neighborhood!  This "median" is the first of several steps in making the Waterford Avenue grade crossing a "quiet zone".  Similar barriers have been erected in other parts of the state.  It really changes the view at one of south-side Milwaukee's most popular train-watching spots, although their effectiveness is yet to be determined.  Mark W.
