Waterford Avenue Median Barrier

Shortly after the first photo was taken, neighborhood youths began using the uprights for batting practice.  As a result of this and some other incidents, almost all of the uprights were broken by January 2006!  However, all the uprights were replaced with a different -- and hopefully more durable -- design, as shown in this view.  Mark W.
